Russian Soccer Chief Deputy PM Mutko

Over the allegations of systematic doping, Russian Soccer Chief Mutko is temporarily stepping down from the post of head of the country's soccer federation. 

He has been penalized for lifetime ban due to doping. He will appear in Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

In 2014 Winter Olympics which were held in Russia, claims considering that Russian athletes have used the performance-enhancing drug in Winter Olympics for better performance which was held in Sochi a Russian City. 

Due to the doping scandal, International Olympic Committee (IOC) has put a lifetime ban on Mutko for further participation in Olympics on December 5. 

Apart from Russian sports minister Mukto also been a sports policy associate of Russian president Vladimir Putin. 

He served the Russian Football Union from 2005 to 2009 and re-elected again in 2015 for this soccer top position.
